Fresh products are usually shipped within a maximum of 24 hours after order receipt. They are shipped in special boxes to keep the freshness.
Shipments are made by sea, with a delay of 2 to 4 weeks depending on the destination, with respect to European standards.
All shipments are controlled initially by the Mauritanian competent authorities and if necessary a second inspection by a control company such as SGS or Bureau Veritas can take place.
For each shipment, we deliver the necessary export documents: health certificate, commercial invoice, bill of lading (BL), certificate of origin, etc.
